NHA Surveyors are Chartered Surveyors regulated by RICS and authorised by the Civil Aviation Authority as commercial operators of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs). Operating out of Liverpool we provide aerial photograph and video services to property owners and construction contractors within the Merseyside, Southport and Wirral.
Aerial Roof and Building Surveys
Our drones with satellite GPS positioning can be quickly and easily deployed on site, eliminating the need for the usual expensive contractor’s scaffolding, time and associated safety risks. Aerial surveys are an effective and affordable way of providing visual records of the condition of residential and commercial roof tops, hidden structures, site extents, boundaries and grounds. – Any disrepair found during a survey can also be visually forwarded to contractors’ for quotes.
Our qualified pilots are fully insured and approved by the Civil Aviation Authority with on-site safety protocols fully observed.
Construction Contractors
Construction and roofing contractors needing to evaluate repair and renewal costs for inaccessible or hidden roof surfaces and structures can be provided with measured aerial images at an additional cost
